On a whim, I decided to use black and red this year for my mare, so I need black or red reins, and a black or red breastcollar.
For the reins, either roping /contest/barrel reins, ideally cotton rope or poly rope, must be inviting for the hands, and not too slippery, OR heavy rope/poly/leather split reins that I may not be so likely to drop
