24/7 turn out or all day turn out. Depending on whats wanted by boarder

Grain twice a day
Hay through out the day.

Truck and trailer on property for emergenices to PEI
Mares only please.
200 a month with lessons (must at lease 2 a month)
250 a month without lesson
