12X12 stall available, about a 6 acre field, four horses there, two of mine 6 year olds, and two 32 year old retired ones, the owner is amazing.. and anything you ask he will do, they are an elderly couple but that doesnt slow them down, he used to ride at spruce medows and has trained some of the best, so he defintly knows his stuff. safe fencing, and nice field but arena coming in summer of 2008 along with jumps. He is located in enfield, five minutes from the big stop. PM me if your interested only 200$ a month
